Terms of Use for AFTECH's National Fintech Month 2026 (BFN)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the National Fintech Month 2026 (BFN), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register for the event.
2. Registration Requirements
To register for the event, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details, including your username and password.
3. Event Access
AFTECH reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel your registration at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Use.
- Modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case, registered participants will be notified promptly.
4. Information Sharing
All attendees are expected to adhere to the event’s code of conduct, which includes:
- Respectful behavior towards all participants, speakers, and staff.
- No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
- Following event-specific guidelines for workshops, panels, and networking activities.
AFTECH reserves the right to remove attendees from the event who do not comply with these guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All content presented during the event, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and written materials, are the intellectual property of AFTECH or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without prior permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
AFTECH is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the event, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury.
- Property loss or damage.
- Any claims relating to the conduct of event attendees.
7. Refund Policy
Event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If the event is canceled by AFTECH, registrants will be provided with the option of a refund or credit towards future events.
8. Dedicated Pass Policy
AFTECH provides a limited number of dedicated passes for partners, sponsors, and special invitees to the National Fintech Month 2026 (BFN). The following conditions apply to the use of these passes:
- Non-transferability: Dedicated passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on the registration.
- No Resale: Reselling or transferring dedicated passes to other individuals or entities is strictly prohibited.
- Validity: The dedicated pass is only valid for the duration of the event and for the specific sessions it covers.
- Revocation: AFTECH reserves the right to revoke a dedicated pass if it is found to be in violation of these terms or used inappropriately.
- Sponsors' and Partners' Allocations: The distribution of dedicated passes to sponsors and partners is based on pre-agreed terms, and AFTECH will not entertain requests for additional passes beyond the allocated amount.
9. Privacy
By registering for the event, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can review the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
11. Changes to the Terms
AFTECH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately.
